Château Coupe Roses Bastide Minervois

This is a true vin de terroir, meaning an everyday wine that showcases the land in which the vines grow. This showcases the underbrush of the high Minervois, laced with high-toned blueberry notes and underpinned by Carignan's tarry black notes. Carignan and Grenache, with a tiny bit of Syrah.  Minervois, France
