Bajola Baro Aglianico 2021

Juicy, earthy, and packing plenty of oceanic-influence and laid-back 'island time' vibes, the 'Baro' is at once savory and floral with a nose redolent of brambly red berries, dried violets, sweet spice, and a slight meaty tone. At the lighter end of the Aglianico spectrum, its juicy texture is cut by bright acidity, a briny, almost umami-like spine and slight tannic bite.
